The flags along the ceiling were sewn and then each
one was hand painted as we awaited the arrival of our miracle
baby. They are our symbol of holding onto hope.

Each toy bin is labeled with a laminated photograph of the toys
that belong inside. This entire area is designed for a non-reader.
As Jackson gets older, the space can easily be turned into a study
area for him.

Lily's mother and I sponged these walls together. I then sewed
a valance, a crib skirt, crib bumpers and cover for the changing
table.

I installed a real picket fence in front of this tree and installed
knobs so as baby Lily gets bigger, she will have a place to hang
her backpack and purses.
